Refund Policy

At Nirva, we take immense pride in the quality and care that goes into every pack of coffee. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

 

🔁 Returns

 

As coffee is a perishable product, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Or with packaging defects

 

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

 

💸 Refunds & Replacements

 

If your case qualifies for a refund or replacement:

• We’ll process it within 5-7 working days

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
